14-day returns. Changed your mind? No problem. You can return your print within 14 days of delivery. Just contact us at nomadvistaprints@gmail.com with your order number and we will send you the return details.
- Prints should be returned unused and in their original condition, packed safely so they are not damaged in transit.
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
- Once we receive the print, we will refund the full price of the item within 14 days, using your original payment method.
Damaged or misprinted? If your print arrives damaged or with a printing error, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a free replacement or a full refund – you will not need to send anything back.
Lost parcels: if your tracking shows no movement for an extended time, get in touch and we will sort it out.
